THE TRINITY OF MANAGEMENT

WE ARE MAKERS, MARKETERS AND MANAGERS

We believe that in order to deliver amazing results a company must excel at 3 things:

  • create incredible products;
  • engage the public selling the company’s vision and its products;
  • manage all the bits and pieces.

Not one person in the world is able to take care of all of these three aspects alone. Maybe you can do two things fairly well, but not all three… So, are you a Maker, a Marketer or a Manager?

We love how Ernesto Sirolli expressed these concepts in his Ted Talk and his approach to life is very close to our own.

Very few companies have been created by just one person… Actually, it’s safe to say that probably no successful company was ever developed by just one person. It’s called “company” after all because it’s an endeavour that is carried out together with somebody else.

And the mindset that it’s needed to produce amazing products is fundamentally different from what is required by the routines and daily struggles of marketers and managers.

As the old saying goes: “Know Thyself

You have first to assess your strengths in order to understand what kind of people you need around you.
