NOT WHAT BUT HOW

I help founders in their quests to attract investments and scale their companies.
I’m a chartered surveyor and retail is my bread and butter but my strengths shine at the very beginning of projects and business ventures: from proptech to brands, biological sciences and futuristic scenarios, that's when my eyes light up! I love to see SMEs and start-ups leap forward thanks to my support.
WHY COMES FIRST BUT DON’T FORGET THE HOW!
Everything starts with “why”, we can probably all agree on that. And if you need a quick refresh, just watch Simon Sinek’s TED talk here below.
Everybody on the same page? Good… So, after the centrality of why it’s probably time to focus a bit on how we do what we do. And we are not referring to the typical sentence: “our product (what) is produced and delivered in the most amazing ways (how?)”. No, we are talking about the deeper how, the one that is in close contact with our motivations and that crucially makes the difference in what we do.
Who really knows what to do next? There are many questions still standing once you’ve cleared your vision and your mission becomes (almost) (crystal) clear. How to raise money from investors? How to start your own company from the garage? And how to recruit people to work for you? The short answer is that you will figure it out, eventually. But not without a lot of effort and a lot of sleepless nights.
What does working hours even mean to you? If you are on a mission there is no limit to the amount of time and effort you will invest in your venture. And that’s where the how is forged into constantly going for the extra mile and never stopping before the obvious result is surpassed over and over again.

When all is said and done, your drive will lit up your eyes, push you to the limits and convince half of the people you know that you are certifiably insane. That’s when you have to double down on your convictions and make things your way!
How we do things is crucial to give our business personality and new horizons: it’s the how that ultimately gives meaning to our efforts and manifests the full potential of our why.
